JOHN SORIANO
John Soriano is the Chief Instructor of Balintawak Seattle, having been appointed chief instructor and certified by Grandmaster Bobby Taboada himself. Experienced in the art of Balintawak Srnis Cuentada system, John has achieved a Full Qualified Instructor Level 7 certification.
In 2010 Guru John was appointed as Ambassador for the World Eskrima Balintawak Arnis Federation, and his dedication to learning has not wavered since. He believes that this Balintawak art can help people at any level of proficiency; students may use it either as their only form of practice or simply to enhance another style they already know – its effects are broad-reaching beyond just working with sticks!
